Your use of those third-party platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functioning of any third-party service.
The Site and our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that our services will produce any specific business outcome or result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ault Automation, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will continue in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Contra Costa County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
